Grinding wheel dressing method of CNC forming wheel gear grinding machine:
1,The dressing of forming wheel mainly has two forms: diamond pen and diamond roller. Diamond pen dressing has simple structure and low cost, and theoretically can obtain higher dressing precision.
2,Due to serious wear, short life, difficult to estimate the amount of wear, can not be accurately compensated, resulting in poor consistency of sand contour accuracy, great impact on the grinding of large gear, and gradually replaced by diamond roller dressing.
3,The diamond roller has the advantages of high rigidity, large dressing amount and high efficiency. It is more suitable for dressing complex forming surface by using trajectory enveloping method. The methods of diamond roller dressing grinding wheel are divided into cutting roller dressing and swinging roller dressing.
